Returns Policy for New Regalia

New regalia must be returned at least 10 days before the commencement day for refund. Returns within 10 days before or after the commencement will not be refunded. Only unworn and unopened regalia package may be considered for full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Unfit Gown

Please carefully select the size based on the chart provided. We will not refund returned unfit regalia unless it is our error. However, we understand it could happen and offer exchange. Exchange request must be submitted at least 10 days before the commencement day. Otherwise, it will be deemed unexchangeableContact us first to make sure there's an available fit for you. Once confirmed, return only the unfit gown to us for exchange. Please keep the hood and the cap as they are one-size-fits-all. Once we recieve the return, we'll ship you an available fit for $25.99 (restocking fee + shipping fee) within 2 business days. Restock fee will be charged since we cannot sell the gown again as new.

Incorrect Hood

Please carefully select the hood based on your degree. We will not refund incorrect hood unless it is our error. However, we understand it could happen and offer exchange. Exchange request must be submitted at least 10 days before the commencement day. Otherwise, it will be deemed unexchangeable. Contact us first to make sure there's an available hood for you. Once confirmed, return only the hood to us for exchange. Once we recieve the return, we'll ship you an available hood for $25.99 (restocking fee + shipping fee) within 2 business days. Restock fee will be charged since we cannot sell the hood again as new. 

Returns Policy for Other Products

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping for New Items

Currently we only ship to the addresses in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
